You can never go wrong if you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables instead of chips and pastries. Why not try mustard instead of mayo on your sandwich or add sliced avocado. Sprinkle some ground flax seed on your cereal or oatmeal for your omega 3. Be creative and have fun and you may find that eating healthy is really not that hard.
